Project Description
A rare collection of 12 sustainable townhomes fronting the parkland of Fisher Reserve. Nature, community and modern design converge in Melbourne’s most vibrant neighbourhood.
A design aesthetic fusing principles of Japanese minimalism and Scandinavian functionality to create a calming, minimalist, and cozy space.
It combines the earthy elegance and connection to nature from Japanese design with the warmth, comfort, and clean lines of Scandinavian style. The resulting aesthetic features neutral colour palettes, natural materials like wood and linen, clean lines, functional furniture, and a focus on creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.
Positioned along the edge of Fisher Reserve, 261 Glenlyon Road introduces a rare collection of 12 architecturally crafted sustainable townhomes that bring parkfront living to the heart of Fitzroy North.
Designed across multiple levels, each residence features generous, light-filled interiors that connect effortlessly with the surrounding green spaces. In one of Melbourne’s most sought-after inner-north pockets, residents are moments from tranquil parklands, local cafés, and the cultural energy of Brunswick Street, and just minutes to the CBD by bike or tram.
